Does CCP release their patch notes two weeks before the patch is released or one week before it gets released?
After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

Now I like to be optimistic but even I can't see 1.8 coming next week. March 18th sounds plausible but I wouldn't rule out March 25th.
So I guess every other patch was released on a Tuesday , some people have said that here and well all the dates you put up there are Tuesdays. I still think the patch notes are gonna be released two weeks before the patch is actually released, because of how big the patch notes might be.

If we don't see dev blogs next week then I'm gonna say that we won't get the patch till April.

Yup, there is some business reason behind why it's always a Tuesday. It's not just Dust either. Go look up the release dates of all the games in your library, they were probably a Tuesday (Nintendo seems to be the only ones who release on any other day of the week). The North American PlayStation Store also updates on a Tuesday. May 14th, 2013 (release date of Dust) was also a Tuesday. Tuesday is just a good day in the video game realm.
